They Want To Be A Rise up/Step up!!!

Is that a Joke?

Who do i mean they?

i mean those people at my work place, they want it.
I can see it
they tell people they can do it...

but when i see them doing their work, it seems they only want to have fun and slack around.
doing nothing and just keep thinking about the pay(long story).

I mean there's no wrong in working and having fun at the same time, but for them they talk about things that are not relating to work and for a bloody long time if i might add.

To them its not about the work, customers or even the serving attitude.
To them its just fun and pay and MOST worse of all, "GOSSIP" .

i think for some people, they feel a certain rush when they talk about people behind their backs(Bad things, if you know what i mean).
maybe it makes them feel powerful and manipulating people's view of them makes them feel they are higher or in some ways better than them.

but than again i cannot blame them entirely as maybe they were train in this way.
Its like you can't blame a dog for not learning how to seat when you haven't teach him how to do so.
yeah?

but there's the part where they just keep picking on whatever small little things you've done wrong, and amplify it to a certain huge extend and just say, " hey you're not that better after all".

but i'm not going to go there and even talk about it!
